I am not actually familiar with the BBC series much at all. Just last night I watched the first episode with friends and it didn't really capture me. Which makes me sad because I really liked this fic. It's a Molly-centric POV that puts Molly at the center of the story. Since it's revealed right at the beginning that Molly is Jim Moriarty's twin sister in this story, I don't think that's spoilers. (I assume this is not true in the series.)
I would very much mind the warnings. I found some of the descriptions a bit stomach churning. There is also suicidal images and violence within marriage.
